Charles Whitman is the guy who in 1966 killed his wife and Mom, and then climbed the tower at the University of Texas in Austin and shot-up the town for 90 minutes. He supposedly left a suicide note saying that he had uncontollable urges and that they should examine his brain after his death. The autopsy revealed a small tumor growing next to the region of the brain that controlls agression.
